Where is Niamh Clothing located?

Do I need a PayPal account to order from Niamhy Clothing?

No, you do not need a PayPal account to order from Niamhy Clothing.  The PayPal checkout system will process your credit or debit card for you without setting up a PayPal account.

I am unable to complete my order. What should I do?

How much is delivery?

5 Euro if in Ireland. 9 Euros to Northern Ireland. Additional shipping may apply outside Ireland.

How do I know that you have received my return?

We recommend that you return items to us via a registered / recorded means so that you can track your return and confirm delivery to us.  We cannot refund for items which we have not received.  If you have used An Post to make your return, you can track your item and confirm delivery on this link:  https://www.anpost.ie/AnPost/

Help! I’ve received an incorrect/faulty item. What do I do?

Please email us and we will put in place the best plan to resolve this by contacting straight away with your order number and a picture of the item so we can rectify the problem ASAP.

Have you received my return?

Once we receive your return, please allow several days for it to be processed by the returns department. Once your refund has been issued – or credit applied – you should receive email confirmation. If you have not received confirmation within a week of when your return was due in with us, you can then contact customer service to follow up for you. Please note that it can take up to ten days for refunds to appear back in your account after it has been issued.

Why have I been partially refunded?

You will receive email confirmation of a partial refund in one of two circumstances:

  • If you have not returned your entire order – The total is not refunded.
  • If you have returned your entire order – The shipping cost is not refunded as per our returns policy so this show up as ‘’partial refund’’.

I requested an exchange but was refunded?

If you requested an exchange and the item was out of stock or unavailable then a refund will be issued – We strongly advise that you contact us prior to returning an item if you want an exchange so that we can keep the item on hold until your return arrives in. Let us know your order number and the new item or size you want.
